Office suite with desk and two chairs, leather couch, plus a small table with 4 chairs for additional workspace or small meetings. With bright natural light, the windows are operable, and there’s a 4’ x 3’ combo white dry erase and cork board.
Prices:
3 Month term | $1,450/mo, plus a 3.5% processing fee
6 Month term | $1,305/mo (10% discount), plus a 3.5% processing fee
One-time charges:
1-Month Deposit
3-Month minimum term. Reservations made for 3 or 6 Month terms turn into a month-to-month auto-renewal upon completion, unless notice is given to Host 15 days in advance of term’s end.
